Well that worked!

Not! (Okay, maybe for a day or so.)

Alright my friends, I'm going offline for awhile. It's clear to me that this blog is no longer serving me, at least at the present moment. I thought about deleting it, but I still have hope that I'll be able to get back on track here one of these days, and in that case I want a record of how difficult it's been for me. I can't be the only person out there that finds this whole thing exasperatingly and horrifically impossible.

I need to give myself some space. Check back every month or so maybe if you're interested.

Feel free to post a comment if you like, or if you ever want to check in.

Thanks, everyone!

Stacy

Sorry to hear you're logging off for a while, I'll stay subscribed so I can catch anything should you feel the urge to blog again.
V said you were a bit down and annoyed the other day, I hope you aren't annoyed at yourself; the regimen you set is the kind of thing that a monk would find difficult to follow (and they don't have families to deal with)!
Love Gareth.
PS It DID work and for longer than a day or so, V said she had never seen you looking better on the raw food thing.

Hey Stacy,
Sad to see you leaving - hopefully you will grace me with your writing now and again though!
If you want to talk, feel free to comment me and I'll send you my email address.
I hope you can find a way to be peaceful in today and not worry about tomorrow.
You are clearly a lovely person - who is amazing at yoga and a range of other things I'm sure!
So I send you warm thoughts that you can go easy on yourself.
take care - and thanks for being honest and sharing.

I understand the need for some personal space. I hope to see you here again soon :) You're not a failure. It really takes time to get our mind, will, emotions, and body on the same playing field. Take the time you need to really listen to your body. In time I'm sure you will be exactly where you want. Enjoy the journey. Learn from the setbacks. I'm sure you'll have plenty to share with others and will be such an inspiration and encouragement when you return. Thanks for sharing part of your journey with us.

All the best,
Sarah

Thanks Gareth, you're a sweetheart! And congratulations on your success with quitting smoking. I know how difficult that one is too (but I can AT LEAST say I don't crave cigarettes anymore, so there's a lot of hope for you there).

I hope to see you soon.

Hugs,
stacy

Thanks Sarah & Azura. I'll be back, but I just reached the point where it's obvious I'm not going to be able to force myself to do anything anymore, and, indeed, that's a lot of what my problem is.

You guys are great.

I was wondering how you were! No, you're not the only person out there who finds the transition really difficult! Do not beat yourself up about it, keep your own pace and march to your own drum. :)

I'll check in now and then to see if you've come back to this blog! In the meantime, there's always email...

Take care,
Sarah

Thanks, Sarah P. I'll be in touch. Not going away completely, just need a breather from the public life transformation business, ya know!

Thanks for all your support.

Hi Stacy,

I hear your frustration and desire.

If you ever want to talk (I've been quite public about my own struggles, as you know) leave a message on my blog.

Hugs,
